CASS recently worked with the Taenly Team for two projects at our main office. The first project involved an office inventory of furniture and the second project included the installation of furniture for one of our programs. In both cases, Taenly provided quick and thorough estimates along with on-site consultation and emphasized efficient and quality completion of projects. They were particularly good about problem solving and touching base with me throughout the projects and took initiative to resolve issues that would have otherwise been time-consuming for our agency to address. They also took care of facilitating other contractors like electricians, so that the furniture installation project could be more streamlined. We are absolutely pleased with the service provided.
Library Planning Consultants has worked with Taenly Office Services since their inception in 2001. During that period Taenly has performed various types of library product installations for us including shelving, tables, chairs, filing systems, workstations, public computer work areas, office case good products and literally all items used in the library environment. I can’t say enough good things about Taenly!!! I had a high profile client that was decommissioning one space and moving to another. They had a schedule change and compression that prevented my regular service provider from being able to do the work. Lyle from Taenly jumped in and not only was able to take over and complete the job, but also compressed the schedule even further completing the job before the actual required completion date! The site was left empty and immaculate. My client was incredibly happy. Several weeks later I had issues at another site with a new furniture installation. After several attempts to get it completed correctly, I called in Taenly. They fixed everything that had turned into a issue and completed the job for me. Their staff is courteous, professional and they know what they are doing. These guys are the best!!!!
Late winter to early summer of 2008, Taenly Office Service Ltd. installed approximately 1,500 workstations at the new Calgary facility for Jacobs Canada. While consistent on delivering an impressive customer service mentality, they were exceedingly focused on meeting the tight deadlines and maintaining a low deficiency count. Taenly played an integral part in the logistical planning, and were able to receive and off load roughly 30 trailers without disrupting the other trades that were on site – maintaining the peace! Thanks to Taenly’s key core values, Jacobs Canada was delivered on time, and on budget.
